Sadie Gitl teaches how to make delicious latkes using a recipe from Jewish Cookery by Leah Leonard. Sadie learned this recipe speecial for Passover but latkes are delicious any time of the year. They are also easy to make, and with few ingredients. If you want to make something yummy while isolating safely from friends and family, we highly recommend learning to make Latkes with Sadie. The recipe is posted on our UofO Digital Campus page.
